The Velomitor cT Velocity Transducer is a low-frequency variant of the standard Velomitor Piezo-velocity Sensor. It is purpose-built to measure casing vibration velocity on cooling-tower and air-cooled heat-exchanger fans operating at or above 90 rpm (100–300 rpm typical). The transducer captures vibration amplitudes at these low speeds as well as the higher frequencies produced by the fan motor and speed reducer.
