Bently Nevada 3500/15 133292-01 Low Voltage DC Power Supply Module
A half-height 20–30 Vdc rack supply module for documented legacy 3500/15 DC power-input assemblies.
Key Information
133292-01 is the legacy Low Voltage DC Power Supply Module for the Bently Nevada 3500 rack. It accepts a 20 to 30 Vdc source through the matching legacy DC power input module and supplies the rack backplane.
The legacy designation matters during replacement: this module and its input module are not interchangeable with the current 3500/15 high- or low-voltage DC power-supply generation.
Functions
- Converts a 20–30 Vdc field source into the regulated voltages required by the 3500 rack.
- Supports two-supply rack operation, with the lower module acting as backup for the upper supply.
- Provides a front OK LED for local power-supply status.
- Allows one installed supply to be removed while the other continues powering the rack.
- Operates without a specified minimum rack load.

Installation
- Use 133292-01 only with the matching legacy Low Voltage DC PIM 133300-01.
- Do not combine this legacy module or PIM with the current high- or low-voltage DC power-supply generation.
- Verify DC polarity, source capacity and protective wiring before inserting the module.
- An overvoltage condition opens the PIM fuse; undervoltage does not damage the supply/PIM assembly.
- Place the backup supply in the lower position when a redundant arrangement is required.
Lifecycle
- Treat the supply and its 133300-01 PIM as a matched legacy pair in asset records.
- Stock the specified 01720045 replacement fuse where the maintenance strategy requires field service of the PIM.
- Confirm the installed generation from the nameplate before replacing 133292-01 with any newer DC supply.
- Document source voltage and rack redundancy so future maintenance does not mix incompatible parts.
