Overview

The 3500/15 power supply is a half-height module installed in a designated left-side rack position. It converts the incoming supply from the associated rear Power Input Module into the voltages required by the other 3500 modules.

For the legacy High Voltage DC architecture, the power-supply module must remain matched with the corresponding legacy High Voltage DC PIM; Baker Hughes warns that the newer DC supplies and PIMs are not compatible with the legacy DC generation.
