A four-channel RX3i high-speed counter execution with configurable counter types and dedicated field I/O.
IC695HSC304-DA is the DA execution of the RX3i IC695HSC304 high-speed counter module. The base module provides four counter channels with eight inputs and seven outputs for fast event, position and setpoint control.
Counter type, input voltage, filtering, setpoint mapping, output loading and terminal assignment are all project data. The DA suffix remains part of the hardware record even though the published functional table identifies the base catalog number.

Supports multiple published counter types instead of one fixed pulse interpretation.
Maps counter setpoints to physical outputs for deterministic field action.
Allows signal conditioning to be aligned with sensor speed and noise conditions.
Module and field LEDs support commissioning of the fast input and output paths.
IndustryParts prepares IC695HSC304-DA enquiries around the complete manufacturer label, requested quantity and installed-system evidence. Share the application record that distinguishes this execution before a supply proposal is prepared.
Match the full DA label and export every counter, filter and output assignment before approving a spare.
Retain the installed host, project and connection evidence that defines the approved use of this execution.
Complete the model-specific checks described in the service sequence before return to operation.
Processing encoder or pulse signals under the approved counter mode.
Capturing fast machine events beyond ordinary PLC scan timing.
Driving documented field actions when configured count thresholds are reached.
Provide the full DA label, CPU version, counter modes, sensor voltage, terminal map, setpoints, output loads and quantity.
No. The base function may be shared, but hardware revision, project support and installed terminal evidence still require comparison.
Different counter modes interpret input relationships differently, so identical wiring can produce a different result under another configuration.
Review setpoint assignment, logical mapping, output enable, load supply and field diagnostics before changing counter scaling.
Retain known-pulse results, correct direction and range, setpoint transitions, output response and completed machine-safety tests.
