The Epro PR6423/003-130 CON041 is a non-contact eddy current displacement measurement system for monitoring the condition of industrial rotating machinery. It consists of a PR6423 8mm probe and a CON041 signal conversion module. Based on the principle of eddy currents, this system measures key parameters such as shaft vibration, axial displacement, eccentricity, and rotor position. It is widely used for online monitoring and protection of critical equipment such as steam turbines, compressors, pumps, and generators.

The system typically measures a linear range of approximately 2 mm (or a displacement range of ±1.0 mm), with an initial air gap of approximately 0.5 mm, a sensitivity of approximately 8 V/mm ±5%, and high linear accuracy (approximately ±0.025 mm). It provides stable and reliable dynamic measurement signals. The CON041 module conditions and converts the probe signal, outputting a standardized voltage signal (e.g., -4V to -20V) for connection to a DCS or vibration monitoring system.
