Technical Summary

Honeywell CC-TPOX01 is the Series C IOTA used with the CC-IP0101 PROFIBUS Gateway Module. It is the termination and mounting assembly, while CC-IP0101 provides the gateway processing.

The PGM architecture links PROFIBUS DP networks to the C300 control environment. The IOTA provides the cabinet interfaces used for FTE, the PROFIBUS network connectors, device indexing, power and the redundancy interconnection.

A non-redundant gateway uses one IOTA and one PGM. Redundant architecture uses two complete IOTA/PGM assemblies and the approved synchronization cable.
