The 1769‑DPM PROFIBUS Interface Module is a PROFIBUS DP communication interface module designed to integrate Rockwell Automation CompactLogix™ controllers with PROFIBUS DP networks.

Manufactured in partnership with ProSoft Technology for use within the 1769 backplane, this module expands the native capability of a CompactLogix system by enabling deterministic PROFIBUS data exchange and diagnostic access using industry‑standard PROFIBUS DP protocols.

As a compact 1769‑slot form factor, the 1769‑DPM is recognized by the controller as an Input/Output communication module and provides seamless access to processor memory for cyclic and acyclic PROFIBUS messaging within a single integrated automation platform.
