The ProSoft MVI46-MBP is a Modbus Plus Communication Module designed for Rockwell Automation SLC®‑series 

platforms (1746 backplane). It provides a high‑performance interface between a controller and a Modbus Plus network, 

enabling bidirectional data exchange between SLC processors and Modbus Plus‑compatible devices such as Modicon 

PLCs, drives, relays, or power monitoring hardware. The module is recognized by the SLC backplane as an I/O 

communication device, giving the processor access to module memory for seamless data transfer via ladder logic.
