The IXYS MCC95-16IO1B is a dual SCR (thyristor) power module for industrial AC and DC power control. It features 

series-connected SCRs in a TO‑240AA package with a Direct Copper Bonded ceramic baseplate for improved thermal 

performance and electrical isolation. The module is designed for robust power handling, including high surge and pulsed 

loads, and supports PCB or panel mounting for flexible installation in industrial circuits.
