The NFCP100-S05 S3 is a CPU module in Yokogawa’s “STARDOM / FCN‑100” family — designed as 

a high‑reliability central controller for industrial automation and process control systems. It integrates a 

32‑bit processor and error‑correcting memory (ECC RAM), ensuring stable and fault‑tolerant operation 

even under demanding conditions. The module supports duplex (redundant) configurations for CPU, 

power supply, and control network, allowing hot‑standby / redundant operation for critical processes,
