A Series C sixteen-channel analog input module supporting current, voltage and HART field signals.
Honeywell CC-PAIH01 is a Series C analog input module designed to receive high-level current or voltage signals from process transmitters and sensing devices. The module combines field-signal acquisition with Series C diagnostics and system integration.
The shared CC-PAIH01/02 design provides sixteen input channels, with twelve single-ended channels and four channels available for differential use. CC-PAIH01 also supports voltage-input operation on channels 13 through 16 when the IOTA wiring is configured for that service.

Match the CC-PAIH01 module with the approved Series C IOTA and verify the terminal arrangement before landing field wiring. The IOTA jumper and 250-ohm resistor arrangement determine current or voltage service and must be configured to the project drawings.
For voltage service on channels 13 through 16, confirm the Honeywell wiring arrangement and low-side common connection. Check field-power classification, shielding, grounding and open-wire diagnostics before enabling the points.
After insertion, confirm module recognition, channel configuration, range selection, HART settings where used, redundancy status and input quality. Commission each loop against a traceable field signal and record as-left values.
CC-PAIH01 is the earlier Series C HART analog-input design. Honeywell introduced CC-PAIH02 as its replacement, so lifecycle planning should consider installed-controller compatibility and the required maintenance procedure.
CC-PAIH01 and CC-PAIH02 must not be treated as a mixed redundant pair, and Honeywell documentation does not support online migration by mixing the two revisions in a redundant configuration. Plan the change with the appropriate outage, engineering review and validation.
